What’s New in the Guidance Department for 2007-2008?

Dear Students and Parents,

Welcome to what we anticipate to be a very successful and exciting year at Metrolina Christian Academy!  This year will be filled with many experiences, some challenging, that will strengthen you academically, physically and spiritually.  We hope to be a part of that process.

This year there will be a change in the guidance department at MCA.  Mrs. Youngblood will be working as a part time guidance counselor this year with 9th and 11th grade students.  Mrs. Edwards will still teach math in addition to working as the 10th and 12th grade guidance counselor.  We are both so excited about this change this year, and hope that it will be a most wonderful experience to work with each family towards your children’s academic goals.

Please contact your respective guidance counselor if you have any questions:

· Ninth and Eleventh grade- please contact Mrs. Youngblood at amber.youngblood@fbcit.org or 704-882-3375 ext. 126.

· Tenth and Twelfth grade- please contact Mrs. Edwards at mika.edwards@fbcit.org or 704-882-3375 ext. 109.

We look forward to a very successful year!

In Christ,

Mrs. Edwards and Mrs. Youngblood
