“This service you perform is not only supplying the needs of God’s people, but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.” II Corinthians 9:12

MCA students are continually learning to model Jesus Christ’s life of servant leadership by investing themselves in the lives of others.

Lower School students and Upper School students (6th – 8th) participate in group service projects with their grade level each semester, and Upper School students (9th-12th) are involved in group service projects through their Bible classes.

Upper School students (9th-12th) are also required to fulfill an individual Community Service Commitment each year, which are tracked and recorded (Community Service Form) through their Bible classes. The service hours needed by grade are: freshmen - 16 hours, sophomores - 20 hours, juniors - 24 hours, seniors - 28 hours. Annually in October, our seniors embark on a mission trip to Nicaragua to serve the people of this area by working at feeding stations, assisting with building projects and sharing the word of God.
