I am blessed to be a part of this ministry at Metrolina where our purpose is to train the students for God’s service using the Bible as our foundational textbook and to challenge the students to work hard academically. I love to watch the students grow in wisdom and in their faith and personal relationship with Jesus. Educating young people is an investment in the future. At Metrolina Christian Academy, we seek to educate the whole student socially, physically, academically, and spiritually.

As a part of this ministry, my goal is to improve student achievement by continually enhancing the quality of the curriculum. Students in the lower school develop a love of learning and discover their individual capabilities. They gain a knowledge and understanding of how things work together in God’s plan.

We have a team of dedicated teachers and staff who inspire the students to excel with their gifts and talents in all areas of their learning and who bathe the students in prayer each day. Proverbs 22:6 says “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” When I look at our lower school students, I realize how little and precious they are and how big and awesome our responsibility is to disciple them in Jesus.
