MCA is fully accredited with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and AdvancED/SACS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools). Our teachers are degreed and have certification through ACSI.

Metrolina offers quality education designed to meet students at varying levels including:

• Early Education serve 1 year through 4 years old
• The Academy serves grades Kindergarten through 12th grade
• Academic Support through our Pathways Program is available for students with academic challenges
• The Transitions Path in our Pathways Program offers specialized instruction for children with more extensive learning challenges
• Programs for academically gifted students include:
  • Learning Enrichment Activities Program (Lower School)
  • Advanced Math and Foreign Language (Middle School)
  • Honors and South Piedmont Community College Courses (High School)

We have a diverse student body that resides in NC and SC. The counties represented include: Anson, Cabarrus, Chesterfield, Lancaster, Mecklenburg, Stanley, Union and York.

We have students from over 150 different churches, representing various denominations.

We are passionate about integrating God’s Word into every subject, every day! Our teachers serve as our living curriculum.

We use a variety of textbooks to enhance our curriculum. Current curriculum may be viewed under the 'Academics' section of our website (https://www.metrolinachristian.org/academics). 

• Kindergarten: 7:55 am-2:15 pm
• 1^st - 5^th Grade: 7:55 am-2:35 pm
• 6^th - 8^th Grade: 8:05 am-2:55 pm
• 9^th - 12^th Grade: 8:15 am-3:00 pm
• Early Education and Extended Care: 7:00 am-6:00 pm

We offer football, soccer, cross country, volleyball, cheerleading, basketball, wrestling, tennis, baseball, softball, swimming, track & field, and golf. Students must try out for each team, and a sports fee for the year is charged on a per student basis.

We have been blessed with thirteen buses used for field trips and transporting athletic teams. We do not provide transportation to and from school.
