Financial assistance is available on a limited basis and awarded based on financial need. Financial aid applies only to Lower School and Upper School tuition. To be eligible to apply for financial assistance, you must meet the following requirements:
Your family must be enrolled at MCA a minimum of one year.
Your current balance must be in good standing.
The student must be enrolled with the registration fees paid.
You should be the parent or legal guardian and be assigned financial responsiblity on the family account. (Please contact the MCA Finance Office if you have any questions.)
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will conduct the financial need analysis based on family income and expenses. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. The cost to submit the application is $35, due at the time of submission. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process for the 2019-2020 school year:
- Copies of your 2018 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
- Copies of your 2018 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation, and TANF.
All suppporting documentation can be uploaded in PDF format online. Documentation can also be faxed to 1-866-315-9264 or mailed to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, P.O. Box 82524, Lincoln, NE 68501-2524. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence. Completed applications will be evaluated by FACTS and results sent to the MCA Financial Aid Committee. Financial aid will be awarded based on the evaluation and family extenuating circumstances. MCA will keep all financial aid information confidential and requires the applicants to keep any assistance awarded confidential. Applicants of financial aid will be notified after the committee meets. All MCA families are required to setup a FACTS payment account for the tuition payments.

Financial aid applications for the 2019-2020 school year may be submitted until January 31, 2020. Financial aid applications for the 2020-2021 school year may be submitted beginning February 1, 2020.
