Campus Ministry
At Metrolina Christian Academy, spiritual growth is woven into every aspect of school life. Our Campus Ministry exists to help students know Christ personally, grow in their faith, develop a biblical worldview, and impact their communities for God's glory.
Chapel
Chapel services for MCA students are held weekly on Wednesday mornings. Pastors, evangelists, missionaries, church organizations, and various speakers are invited to participate in chapel. Pastoral Staff from The Church at Indian Trail teach our students in chapel regularly. Several times during the school year, MCA holds special services such as Spiritual Emphasis Week and our Worldview Conference. Upper School chapel is streamed live each Wednesday at 9:30am on our website here.
Developing a Biblical Worldview
A biblical worldview is the framework through which we understand God, ourselves, and the world around us. At Metrolina Christian Academy, we believe that all truth is God's truth and that Scripture provides the foundation for understanding every aspect of life.
Rather than separating faith from academics, we seek to integrate biblical truth throughout the educational experience. Students are encouraged to think critically, engage culture thoughtfully, and evaluate ideas through the lens of God's Word. Whether studying literature, science, history, mathematics, the arts, or current events, students learn to recognize God's design, pursue truth, and apply biblical principles to real-life situations.
Our goal is not simply to impart knowledge, but to cultivate wisdom, discernment, and Christlike character. As students grow in their understanding of Scripture, they develop the confidence to navigate a complex world with conviction, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to Christ.
Discipleship & Servant Leadership
Spiritual growth is strengthened through intentional discipleship and meaningful leadership opportunities. At MCA, students are encouraged to deepen their relationship with Christ while developing the character, confidence, and servant-hearted leadership skills needed to impact others for God's glory.
Through mentorship, chapel participation, student leadership roles, and service opportunities, students learn to live out their faith, lead by example, and use their God-given gifts to serve their school, church, and community.
