Extended Care

To register or withdraw, log onto FACTS Family Portal > School Information > Webforms > Extended Care Registration.

The Extended Care program is designed to assist parents who have the need for childcare on a regular basis before and after school or for those that need care unexpectedly. After School activities include snack time, homework time, organized and supervised indoor/outdoor play, and developmentally appropriate activities.

Student accounts will be billed at the Drop-in After School rate for any child picked up after 3:00pm. Students MUST be registered for Extended Care to use drop-in service.

Before School Care

  • Kindergarten – 5th grade: 7:00 - 7:45am
  • Drop-in Daily Rate: $15.00/day
  • Unlimited Morning Care: $100/month

After School Care

  • Kindergarten – 5th grade: Dismissal - 6:00pm
  • Drop-in Daily Rate: $40.00/day
  • Unlimited Afternoon Care: $300/month

Students MUST be registered for Extended Care to use drop-in service.

Unlimited Extended Care

  • Unlimited Morning & Afternoon Care: $340.00/month

School Break/Holiday Care

The Extended Care Program is open on select teacher workdays and school breaks.
