Orientation Day

We're committed to providing a safe and secure environment for every student and Staff Member. This year, we've added new perimeter fencing and gates between campus buildings to enhance campus security and help direct all visitors through two monitored points of entry. These improvements support our efforts to better manage campus access and help prevent unauthorized individuals from entering school grounds. For safety purposes, all gates are equipped to allow students and staff to exit immediately at any time in the event of an emergency.

To further strengthen campus security, all visitors must check in at the Main Office or Lower School Reception upon arrival, and present a valid government-issued photo ID to be scanned through our new visitor management system. The system performs a preliminary background screening, captures a visitor photo, and prints a visitor badge that must be worn while on campus. Before leaving, visitors should return to the receptionist to sign out. 

Please note the following dismissal changes for the 2026–2027 school year:

• Kindergarten–1st Grade will now dismiss at 2:15 p.m.
• 2nd–5th Grade will continue to dismiss at 2:35 p.m.
• Middle School (Grades 6–8) will now dismiss at 2:45 p.m.
• After School Care for Grades 6–8 will now operate from 2:45–4:00 p.m.

High School dismissal remains 3:00 p.m., and After School Care for Grades K–5 will continue from dismissal–6:00 p.m.

Additional information regarding carline procedures, traffic flow, and pick-up locations will be shared with families over the coming weeks. Thank you for your patience and partnership as we implement these updates to better serve our students and families!

Stop by to shop for your favorite Warrior apparel, spirit wear, gifts, and more throughout the school year.

As we prepare for the new school year, we ask that all parents and guardians take a few moments to carefully review our updated Carline Arrival and Dismissal Policies. These procedures have been revised to help ensure the safety of our students, improve traffic flow, and create a more efficient arrival and dismissal experience for everyone.
