Sponsor-A-Child is our restricted annual giving campaign, designed specifically for tuition assistance needs. MCA, in partnership with First Baptist Church Indian Trail, established this fund to provide tuition assistance for families who otherwise would not be able to afford Christian education.
For many years, MCA and FBCIT partnered to make possible the JAARS Challenge, which provided tuition assistance to the children of missionaries from the JAARS community who had given their lives to the cause of Christ. MCA will continue to provide for these missionary families through the generous gifts of the Sponsor-A-Child Fund. Now, it is our heart’s desire to expand the fund so that every student who demonstrates a true desire to attend Metrolina Christian Academy and receive a Christian education is given the opportunity to do so - regardless of their family’s financial position.
Christian education does indeed make a difference in the lives of students who are taught from God’s Word as a central source of truth. As Christians, we know according to Isaiah 55:11 that God’s Word will change lives. This verse declares:
“I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.”
At Metrolina Christian Academy, we work tirelessly to provide our students with a Biblical worldview. A Biblical worldview empowers students to make the decisions of life through the lens of God’s word. Our culture desperately needs a generation of students who will live with a Biblical worldview. At MCA, our desire is to help raise up a new generation of believers equipped with God’s truth who will “turn this world upside down” for the cause of Christ.
Your gift to the Sponsor-A-Child Tuition Assistance Fund will help MCA provide a Biblical worldview to the students of those families who otherwise would not be able afford a Christian education. Your gift is a financial investment in the lives of students that will reap eternal rewards.
You can support through a direct donation anytime throughout the year or give specifically during MCA/FBCIT’s Annual Sponsor-A-Child Campaign Drive.
Metrolina Christian Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All gifts are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. You should consult legal/financial advisors, however, to determine the tax implications & deductibility of any gift.
